Return Window:
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging

  • Sealed and in resellable condition

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Items damaged due to misuse

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our support team within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).

  3. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
